Shipping?
Domestic shipping (within the continental United States) is complimentary, and purchases will be shipped within 3-5 business days via FedEx or USPS.
International Shipping: Please contact me directly via email.
Local import duties may be payable to the relevant authorities before delivery can be made. You, as the buyer are responsible for paying any such duties and they are not included in the delivery charges.
Eco-friendly?
I do my very best to reduce my ecological footprint, and be conscious of our environment. I source my boxes and mailers from EcoEnclose and reuse packing materials whenever possible, while still ensuring the safety of your items. Reduce, reuse, recycle!
Return policy:
Everything in my shop is handmade and one-of-a-kind, and I do my best to provide accurate, truthful photos and descriptions. Please email me with any questions prior to purchasing.
If there is an issue with one of your purchases, please email me at art@juliettevaissiere.com to start a return. You will be responsible for return shipping, packaging, and providing a tracking number. I cannot accept returns of damaged artwork. Please let me know within two days of receiving the item if you would like to return it for any reason.
Please note that I cannot be held responsible for losses in the postal system and therefore recommend you obtain proof of postage.

Commission Terms of Service
Timeline
Lover’s Eyes generally ship within 2 weeks.
Larger commissions can take between 1-3 months for completion from date of initial deposit payment. Please let me know if you are on a deadline!
Once you submit your commission request form, I will be in touch via email to discuss the details and propose a quote + timeline depending on availability.
Commission Pricing + Payment FAQs
For Lover’s Eye commissions I ask that the full cost be paid up-front. I will begin work once I have received payment and sent you a receipt.
For other custom work I request 50% of payment up-front, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of the work. Payment must clear before artwork is shipped.
Submitting a form does not guarantee that I will take on your custom piece - I will be in touch as soon as possible to confirm that I have received your request and to discuss the details!
I accept payment through PayPal, Stripe, and cash/checks. At this time I am not able to offer refunds on custom work.
